A model of the Church of Saint-Nicaise, the holy saint of the city of Reims. This church no longer exists because it was sold after the French Revolution and progressively dismantled. Taittinger’s domain is one of the modern houses build over this former church place. The relics and other items stored in this church were transferred to Reims’ Cathedral and the Basilique de Saint Rémi.
